We're Closed Until the "Stay at Home" Order is Lifted

If you recently tried to order online or via the phone, then you know that Serendipity Ice Cream is now closed. This does not mean we are closed forever, but we will surely stay closed through the "Stay at Home" order that was recently announced.

Once again, we want to take this time to say “THANKS” to all for the love and appreciation you have shown us. We plan to be back better, stronger and when the weather is nicer. We can’t wait to see your smiling faces enjoying our ice cream again!

Note to Our Guests About Coronavirus and Curbside Service

The safety and well being of guests and employees is our top priority. We have spent the last few weeks learning about the Coronavirus and it’s community impact. We are monitoring both the WHO and the CDC on all steps we can take to prevent the spread of the virus.

The steps we are taking include: Having three handwashing stations and having employees be diligent about wearing gloves. Having an employee dedicated to continuously monitoring and cleaning surfaces. Requiring all employees to take their temperature before coming to work. Informing all employees to stay home if they (or anyone in their families) are feeling ill.

Finally, we are offering Serendipity Curbside Service to our customers. Simply fill out a new online order form for scoops, shakes, malts, pints, or dipstixs. When an order is received, we’ll send you a request for payment via PayPal. Payment via PayPal is your order confirmation. Pull around the back and we bring your ice cream order to your car at the time selected!

Spirited Shake of the Month: Irish Eyes are Smiling

Inspired by St. Patrick's Day, our Spirited Shake of the Month is called Irish Eyes are Smiling. Follow those rainbow sprinkles to find the “pot of gold” the Leprechaun has waiting for you at the end of the rainbow! It’s another reason to visit our Webster Groves Ice Cream Shop!

This is made with our Super Premium Mint Chip Ice Cream and a shot of Jameson Whiskey, which is all mixed together and topped with whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles, and a cherry eye. It’s the perfect way to end a busy day (whether or not you go to the parade)!

Dipity Dough of the Month: Lucky Choc O'Minty

Inspired by St. Patrick's Day, Serendipity Ice Cream’s Dipity Dough of the Month is called a Lucky Choc O'Minty. And it is the most delicious way to spend time waiting for the weather to turn from winter to spring. So stop in and visit our Webster Groves Ice Cream Shop!

It is made with a scoop of our Mint Chip Super Premium Ice Cream and then warmed between two freshly baked Chocolate Cookies filled with chopped Andes Mints. Let's just go ahead and say that this particular ice cream sandwich definitely Sham-rocks!

Spirited Shake of the Month: King Cake

This drink will have you saying “Laissez les bon temps rouler!” just in time to celebrate the lead up to Mardi Gras on Tuesday, February 25th. Stop on in, take a break, and sip our latest, greatest Spirited Shake concoction!

The Spirited Shake of the Month is the King Cake. It is made with Bourbon added to a cinnamon and pecan “cake” ice cream. (Also available without alcohol.) Don’t forget to wear your beads! We won’t ask how you got ‘em.

Dipity Dough of the Month: Winter Blues

With our Ice Cream for Breakfast Day event (the first Saturday in February) and our Serendipity After Dark Valentines Day event (Friday and Saturday, February 14-15), we’ve been negligent in promoting our new Dipity Dough of the Month (as seen in St. Louis Magazine).

Winter Blues is made with a big scoop of Cookie Monster and inserted between two warm, freshly made Chocolate Chip Cookies. A long time customer favorite, our Cookie Monster is a cotton candy ice cream with chunks of Oreo™ and chocolate chip cookie dough bites.

So come warm up inside our Ice Cream Shop! You’ll be glad you did!
